摘要： 为大力推进土地集约用地政策创新、制度创新和机制创新,落实最严格的耕地保护制度和最严格的节约用地制度,文章在考核顶层设计的基础上,开发子级配套平台,加强对街道(乡镇)的土地集约实时监管与评价,实现土地节约集约的常态管理.

Abstract: In order to promote the policy innovation,system innovation and mechanism innovation of intensive utilization of land,implement the strictest arable land protection system and the strictest system of economical utilization of land,on the basis of the top design the assessment,the paper develops child supporting platform to strengthen the land consolidation of street (township)real-time supervision and evaluation,realizes the norm of economical and intensive land management.
