我国证券市场噪声交易现状及对策分析

摘要： 股票市场是经济的晴雨表，它的良性发展将给经济发展带来不可估量的作用。我国证券市场在去“政策市”的道路上一路前行，但由于股民专业能力参差不齐还存在很多盲从行为。噪声交易现象作为一把“双刃剑”，只有合理监管才能发挥其积极作用，削减甚至规避不利影响。文章结合近10年来我国证券市场噪声交易基本情况进行分析，并提出相应的对策建议。

Abstract: The market of the stock is a barometer of the economy, playing an invaluable role in the healthy development of economy .Our stock market is going forward in China on the way of removing the “policy market”, but there are still many herd behaviors because the capacity veries of the invertors. Noise trading phenomenon is a double-edged sword, only reasonable supervision can make it playing an active role, reducing or even avoid the adverse. In this paper, combining the stock market in China over the past decade, I analyse the basic situation of noise trading, and advanced corresponding countermeasures.
