摘要： “风之星校企合作项目”是合肥师范学院经济与管理学院的重点企业项目。自2013年与风之星企业建立合作关系以来，已完成2轮的学生培养工作。经过2年的探索，基本上确立了从校企合作班的建立、企业课程开设到实习就业签订的模式，也取得了阶段性的人才培养成果和科研成果。

Abstract: The “Windstar school-enterprise cooperation project” is the main project of Economics and Management School of Hefei Normal University. Since establishing the cooperative relations with the Windstar in 2013, we have completed two rounds of student training. After two years exploration, we have basically established cooperation model and yielded good results including student training and researches.
