摘要： 建筑工程难度大、周期长，关系到各方经济利益，投资环境更是决定投资成败的关键因素。文章对江苏省5个地级市的建筑工程投资环境进行总体评价，并对结果展开分析。

Abstract: Due to the long period and high difficulty of building engineering,related to the economic interests of all parties, the investment environment is the key factor to decide the success or failure of it. The paper evaluates construction investment environment of 5 cities in Jiangsu province and then analyzes the result.
