摘要： 图书馆工作是党校工作的重要组成部分，在新形势下能否有效地发挥基层党校图书馆的职能作用，直接影响党校校教学、科研和资政的发展与进步。文章在总结基层党校图书馆现状的基础上，结合新形势对基层党校图书馆提出的一些新要求，提出了在新形势下做好基层党校图书馆工作的一些思考。

Abstract: Library work is an important part of the work in the Party school. Under the new situation it can effectively play the function of the basic level Party school library, and directly affect the school teaching, scientific research and the consultative development. On the basis of summarizing the present situation of the Party school library, this paper puts forward some new requirements for the Party School Library and gives some thoughts on the work of the Party School Library in the new situation.
