摘要： 看板管理系统作为构建整个生产系统信息循环的方法，是建立拉动生产的重要工具。文章阐述了看板管理的步骤、规则和作用，结合A工厂在建立均衡拉动生产的过程中，通过实施看板管理系统，有效建立起即时的生产方式，大大提升了生产的柔性，提高了企业运行的透明度，从而提高企业的竞争力。

Abstract: As a method of constructing the circulation for the whole production information ,Kanban management system is a important tooling to establish the pulling production. Combined with the process of establish the levelling pull production in A plant,the thesis introduced the procedure,regulation and function of Kanban management system. Through the implementation ,A plant establish an instant mode of production effectively ,greatly enhance the production flexibility,increase the transparency of the operation of enterprises.These action improve enterprise competitiveness greatly.
