摘要: 由于碳化钨硬度极高,具有优异耐磨性能,在耐磨领域应用极为广泛。文章通过对比传统堆焊碳化钨工艺的不足,详细介绍了碳化钨悬浮堆焊工艺,使得碳化钨颗粒能均匀分布在堆焊层中。

Abstract: Tungsten carbide using in wide wear application because of its high hardness and outstanding wear resistance.This article focus on introducing tungsten carbide floating hard-face craft, which optimize tungsten carbide particle distributing in overlay symmetrically.
