摘要： 都市圈建设已成为国内外推动区域经济快速发展的重要战略,都市圈内的各个城市通过优势互补共同促进高质量发展。为充分发挥都市圈在促进区域经济发展、提升产业能级等方面的支撑作用,文章梳理了国内外重要都市圈发展实践,总结了其优秀发展经验,深入分析了湖北省都市圈的现状以及不足,就进一步优化现代化都市圈建设提出建议,主要包括持续强化科技创新能力、增强中心城市辐射作用、促进要素自由流动、完善市场合作机制。

Abstract: The construction of metropolitan areas has become an important strategy for promoting the rapid development of regional economies at home and abroad. Cities within the metropolitan area complement each other's advantages to jointly promote high-quality development. In order to give full play to the supporting role of metropolitan areas in promoting regional economic development and enhancing industrial capabilities, this article reviews the development practices of important metropolitan areas at home and abroad, summarizes their excellent development experience, and deeply analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the metropolitan areas in Hubei province. It also proposes suggestions for further optimizing the construction of modern metropolitan areas, mainly including continuously strengthening technological innovation capabilities, enhancing the radiation effect of central cities, promoting the free flow of factors, and improving market cooperation mechanisms.
