摘要： 文章通过分析常州市公共创新平台的发展现状和存在的问题,提出平台建立与母体单位沟通机制和科学管理机制、找准自身定位、创新与企业合作方式、建设结构合理人才队伍,政府形成长效投入机制、加强监督和管理的思路.

Abstract: This article analyzes developmental status ,problems of public innovation platform in Changzhou ,raises some thoughts such as: public innovation platform in Changzhou needs build a communication mechanism with parent units and scientific management mechanism ,accurates self positioning ,innovation cooperation mode with enterprise,bulids a reasonable talent's structure,goverment needs build a long term investment mechanism, strengthen management and supervision.
