摘要： 大学科技园及技术转移在促进科技经济结合、推动社会发展等方面起到了积极作用。如何构建有效的技术转移机制，加快科技成果向现实生产力转化，是当前促进科技与经济结合的一项关键性工作。文章在研究国内外高校科技成果转化的基础上，积极探索我国大学科技园技术转移模式，以期完善我国高校的技术转移体系。

Abstract: The development of University Science and Technology Park has important effect on science,technology, economic integration and social movement. It is meaningful and important to construct an efficient technology mechanism and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to real product in the fields of science and economy.The paper proposes a transfer system of University Science Park which is combined with the related research and can solve the existed problem efficiently.
