日本科技的起源和发展及其对中国科技发展的启示

摘要： 日本科技的发展,是萌芽于迈入近代的1868年,成熟于二战结束之时,战后日本科技以美国科技为靠山,紧紧抓住科技革命机遇,成为世界科技强国之一.近代中国半殖民地半封建的社会性质,使科技发展长期裹足不前,当前中国要深化科技体制改革,政府主导出台扶持科技发展政策计划,要坚持走重视民生科技的发展路径.文章对日本科技的起源和发展进行了梳理,并指出其对中国科技发展的启示.

Abstract: The development of science and technology in Japan is sprout in entering modern in 1868 ,mature in the end of World War Ⅱ post-war Japan science and technology relying on science and technology in the United States as the patron,firmly grasp the opportunities of the science and technology revolution,has become one of the world's scientific and technological power. In modern China ,due to the nature of semi colonial and semi feudal society ,the development of science and technology long stagnant ,currently China should deepen the reform of system of science and technology,government leading to support the introduction of the development of science and technology policy planning to adhere to pay attention to the people's Livelihood Science and technology development path.This paper generalizes the origin and development of Japanese technology ,and points out its enlightenment to China 's science and technology development.
