摘要: 某地下二层地上十层框架结构建筑物,因使用需要拟在紧贴该建筑物北侧外墙新增负二层至十层电梯2部,由于场地条件的限制,在保证原结构安全和施工安全的前提下,施工方案是该工程的重点.文章研究的该工程采用了砼沉井法工艺,施工过程中对主体结构沉井周边柱沉降进行监测,主体结构未发生沉降变化.采用该方案施工比原方案计划工期提前约20天,并节约了基坑支护的相关费用.该方案的顺利实施,为同类工程提供了经验,具有一定的推广价值.

Abstract: A frame structure building which contains two underground floors and ten floors above ground. The construction unit intends to add two elevators from negative second to tenth floor closing the north side of the building's external wall,because of the need to use. Due to the restrictions on construction site condition,on the premise of ensuring safety of the original building and construction ,the construction scheme is the key of the project. This paper study on the project adopts the method of open caisson concrete technology. In the process of construction monitored the settlement of the main structure of caisson surrounding columns and the main structure had no change of settlement. Using this construction scheme can save 20 days comparing the original program and saving relevant expenses of foundation pit supporting. The smooth implementation of the scheme provides engineering experience for the similar projects and it has a certain popularization value.
