国内外重大经济科技活动知识产权评议发展现状及其对浙江省的启示

摘要： 随着科学技术的发展，知识产权的重要性在社会生产生活，尤其是经济活动中的地位越来越明显，因此，国内外政府及企业纷纷加大力度，完善与知识评议相关的各项工作。对与重大经济活动相关的知识产权进行评议，不但能为相关企业的发展提供参考，同时还能有效控制因知识产权纠纷而导致的经济损失。能起到“花小钱，管大用”的效果。文章比较分析了国内外知识产权评议开展的现状，总结了经验及其对浙江省的启示。在此基础上，对重大经济科技活动知识产权评议更好地服务浙江省科技创新提出了建议。

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, intellectual property appraisal is gaining more and more concern from governments to enterprises at Home and Abroad. Therefore, governments and enterprises at home and abroad promote relative measures to perfect intellectual property appraisal, aiming to provide some reference for relevant enterprises and avoid financial losses caused by intellectual property rights dispute. This paper comparatively reviews the global development status and international experience of intellectual property appraisal in major economic and technological activities. Given this the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions on intellectual property appraisal for Zhejiang province.
