摘要： 供水安全是关系到经济发展、社会稳定和国计民生的大事。但是，随着社会的发展和形势的变化，特别是各种突发事件的出现，使得城市水安全尤其是居民饮水安全面临新的威胁，水危机管理面临新的问题。因此，加强应急供水保障和应急水源地的建设已成为城市管理的当务之急。文章通过调查，分析了镇江市地下水资源，通过模糊综合评价层次分析法论证出镇江市应急水源潜力，在此基础上给出镇江市应急水源评价。

Abstract: The safety of water supply is related to economic development, social stability and it is beneficial to the people’s livelihood event. However, with the social development and changes of the situation, especially the emergence of all kinds of emergencies, the city water security especially the drinking water security is facing a new threat; the water crisis management faces new problems. Therefore, strengthening the construction of emergency water supply and emergency water resource has become a pressing matter of the moment of city management. In this paper, through the investigation, the groundwater resources in Zhenjiang city were analyzed, we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analytic hierarchy process to demonstrate the potential of emergency water source in Zhenjiang City;based on that we give the evaluation of emergency water sources in Zhenjiang city.
