摘要： 文章通过对美国乔治梅森大学网络远程教育的调研，概括介绍了美国高校网络教学模式和教师网络教学能力发展内容，并对比中美网络教学，对目前国内网络教学的情况提出建议。

Abstract: Based on the research of distance education in George Mason University, this paper outlines the development of network teaching mode and the network teaching ability of teachers in American colleges. By comparing the Chinese and American online education, this paper also provides suggestions on the developments of network teaching in China.
