摘要: 在当前我国高校教育改革推进中,高校教学管理有了新的突破和进展,高校教学改革仍存在许多问题,由于体制的缺陷,过分强调管制和放任的态度且有区别地对待学生和教师。通过对以人为本的科学理念的分析,文章揭示了高校教学管理中“人本错位”的问题,同时对所产生的教学管理活动的问题进行分析,最后给出了理念层次和文化层次的研究策略。

Abstract: In the current education reform in colleges and universities, teaching management has new breakthrough and progress, but we should also realize the pressing problems of the education reform in colleges and universities. Due to the defect of system, overemphasizing the control and the laissez-faire attitude and the differentiated treatment to students and teachers are the problems. Through the analysis of the scientific concept of people-oriented, it reveals the “humanistic dislocation”problems in the teaching management in colleges and universities, and the activities of teaching management is analyzed. Finally, it gives the research strategy of concept and culture.
