摘要： 文章通过对国内外大学生信息素养的研究背景进行了论述，进而指出在我国全面进行大学生信息素养研究的重要性，最后指出针对我国西部地区应加强少数民族大学生进行信息素养的必要性和增强信息培养的紧迫性。

Abstract: This article explores the research background of the information literacy of college students both at home and abroad. It is pointed out that the importance of the research and the need of the information literacy and the immediacy of enhancing the information literacy development for the minority students are pointed.
