摘要： 文章针对洪蓝镇农村现状的分析，着力推进傅家边农科教结合基地建设，强化“农科教基地”的四项职能，积极引导当地农民转变观念，调整产业结构，提升农民科学素养，培育新型农民，从而加快农业现代化进程，引领农民走科教富农之路。

Abstract: Abatract:Aiming at the analysis of the rural current situation in Honglan, this article focuses on promoting Fujiabian agricultural science and education base construction, enhances the four skills of the agricultural science and education base, actively guides local peasants to transform their ideas and adjust the industrial structure.
