Exploration on Power Supply and Distribution Practice Teaching Course

摘要： 实验和实训课程作为理解理论课程重要的手段，在高校人才培养中逐渐受到重视。文章基于供配电技术实践课程教学存在的问题，提出了改革供配电技术实践教学的培养方式，实践模式要以适应企业人才需求为基础，让学生通过实践训练，能最大化地适应工厂的岗位操作，有利于学生对理论知识的掌握。

Abstract: Experiments and training courses gradually were paid attention to as an important means of understanding theoretical courses in university personnel training. Based on supply and distribution technology problems in teaching practice, training methods are proposed for distribution technology practice teaching reform. Teaching mode should adapt to the needs of business professionals, through practical training that could maximizely adapt to plant post operation, help students grasp of theoretical knowledge.
