摘要: 近年来,数字图书馆在信息资源管理中扮演着越来越重要的角色,人工智能技术的发展推动着数字图书馆的进步,要求其优化资源分类,提升智能化水平。数字图书馆资源自动分类涉及机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理等关键技术,旨在实现对多模态数据的智能化分类与管理。文章分析了数字图书馆资源自动分类中存在的分类精度不足、数据标注不完善等问题,提出了针对性的优化分类精度、改进数据标注、统一分类标准、提升多模态融合能力等实施策略,为智能化分类体系构建提供指导。

Abstract: In recent years, digital libraries have played an increasingly important role in information resource management. The development of artificial intelligence technology is driving the progress of digital libraries, requiring them to optimize resource classification and enhance their level of intelligence. The automatic classification of digital library resources involves key technologies such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, aiming to achieve intelligent classification and management of multimodal data. The article analyzes the problems of insufficient classification accuracy and incomplete data labeling in the automatic classification of digital library resources, and proposes targeted implementation strategies such as optimizing classification accuracy, improving data labeling, unifying classification standards, and enhancing multimodal fusion capabilities, providing guidance for the construction of intelligent classification systems.
