摘要： 农村土地承包经营权要素编码对规范的确权登记工作、构建统一登记制度和促进管理信息化建设有重要意义。文章以南京市六合区冶山街道为例，探讨了承包经营权要素编码优化的思路和方法，并提出了在使用中应注意的事项。研究结果表明，通过编码优化，使编码具有了较强的可扩展性、稳定性和简明性，一定程度上提高了测绘作业效率。

Abstract: The coding for the elements of rural land contractual management right is significant to make the normative work of registration and certification ,building a unified registration system, promoting the information construction of management.Taking Yeshan Subdistrict Office of Luhe District of Nanjing city as an example ,this paper discusses thinking and methods of the coding for the elements of rural land constractual management right ,and presents the issues in need of special attention during application.The study shows that optimizing the coding can make a strong scalability,stability and simplicity,and can improve the efficiency of surveying and mapping as a certain extent.
