摘要： 随着无锡产业结构的不断升级，高技能人才匮乏的矛盾也日益凸显，产业结构转型和升级，高职院校传统的电类专业的设置与课程体系也显得相对滞后。文章通过分析无锡机电高等职业技术学校电类专业结构目前存在的问题，提出了专业结构调整、课程优化的思路和框架，目的在于探索适合无锡高职院校电类专业人才培养模式。

Abstract: With the continuous upgrading of industrial structure in Wuxi ,the lack of highly skilled personnel contradiction is increasingly prominent ,industrial structural transformation and upgrading ,traditional electrical major settings and course system in vocational schools appear lagging.The article proposes the idea and framework of professional structure adjustment and curriculum optimization by analyzing the current problems for electrical major structure in Wuxi Machinery and Electron Higher Professional and Technical School ,in order to explore talent training mode which is suited to electrical major in Wuxi vocational school.
