摘要: 文章以“新一代航空运输系统”发展战略为导向,在我国新一代航空气象技术的研究与应用现状的基础上,提出了基于4D轨迹预测的航空气象辅助决策技术。该技术引接动态航迹信息与动态气象信息,对4D轨迹及沿轨迹天气情况进行推算,得到沿航路到点天气状态合成图。该技术的应用有助于实现不利气象条件限制的提前解除,有效缩短航班延误时间,同时也可据此对飞行计划进行重新规划,选取合理的航路航线避让危险天气,有效减少返航、备降。

Abstract: This paper proposed a 4D trajectory prediction based aeronautical meteorological decision supporting technology,which is based on the concepts of“Next-Generation”ATC system.This methodology analyze both dynamic radar track data and weather data around the airways, then generates combined weather images for a certain air space. Empirically,this technology provides an efficient way to decrease weather restriction time, which makes a good effort on reducing flight delays,flight plan coordination and flight routes decision making to reduce return and alternate.
