摘要: 随着高等教育体系的广泛覆盖及毕业生规模的不断扩大,高校就业市场的竞争态势日益严峻。高校就业指导工作的核心已转变为如何创新性地增强学生的职场竞争力与就业率。文章旨在构建依托于云计算技术的新型高校就业指导信息服务平台,通过深度调研、精细化系统架构规划及功能模块的全面实现,整合了用户管理、个性化求职信息管理以及企业资源对接等多元化功能模块。实验证明,该平台实现了就业指导资源的即时分配与最优配置,提升了服务效率与响应速度,不仅拓宽毕业生求职渠道,还增强了就业信息精准推送与流通能力,促进了毕业生与用人单位之间的高效互动与深度交流,以无缝连接学生与企业的供需两端。

Abstract: With the widespread coverage of the higher education system and the continuous expansion of the number of graduates, the competitive situation in the job market of universities is becoming increasingly severe. The core of employment guidance in universities has shifted to how to creatively enhance students’ competitiveness and employment rate in the workplace. Aiming to build a new type of university employment guidance information service platform based on cloud computing technology, it integrates diversified functional modules such as user management, personalized job search information management, and enterprise resource docking through in-depth research, refined system architecture planning, and comprehensive implementation of functional modules. Experimental results have shown that the platform achieves real-time allocation and optimal configuration of employment guidance resources, improving service efficiency and response speed. Not only does it broaden the job search channels for graduates, but it also enhances the ability to accurately push and circulate employment information, promoting efficient interaction and deep communication between graduates and employers, seamlessly connecting the supply and demand ends of students and enterprises.
