摘要: 高压开关柜的绝缘性能直接影响电力系统的安全稳定运行。针对绝缘故障诊断的难题,文章提出了一种基于脉冲电流法的新型诊断技术,结合熵权法、层次分析法和神经网络算法,实现了对开关柜运行状态的智能评估和深度分析。通过设计并行优化的经验模态分解(EEMD)算法与ODPS扩展MapReduce模型,显著提升了局部放电信号特征的提取精度和处理效率。实验结果表明,该技术能够在不同故障场景下准确识别绝缘状态并预测故障发展趋势,为电力系统的智能化运维提供了强有力的技术支持,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: The insulation performance of high-voltage switchgear directly impacts the safety and stability of the power system. To address the challenges of insulation fault diagnosis, this paper proposes a novel diagnostic technology based on the pulse current method, integrating the entropy weight method, analytic hierarchy process, and neural network algorithm to achieve intelligent evaluation and in-depth analysis of switchgear operating conditions. By designing a parallel optimized empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) algorithm and ODPS extended MapReduce model, this study significantly enhances the precision and efficiency of partial discharge signal feature extraction. Experimental results demonstrate that this technology can accurately identify insulation conditions in various fault scenarios and predict fault development trends, providing robust technical support for the intelligent operation and maintenance of power systems, with broad application prospects.
