摘要: 随着本地生活服务的快速发展,人们对配送人员的实时定位需求日益增长。文章提出了一种零成本到店检测方案,通过结合虚拟信标等物联网技术,利用骑手配送过程中无感采集的Wi-Fi信号,构建商户的指纹模型,进而实现店铺级别精确定位。与已有方法相比,该方案无需昂贵的硬件部署和大量的人工打标,有效降低了定位成本,提高了骑手配送过程中到店检测的精度。目前,该方案对应的系统已成功部署到线上,覆盖了全国300多个城市的200万商户,每天为近2000万份订单提供了到店相关的数据支持。

Abstract: With the rapid development of local life services, the demand for real-time positioning of delivery personnel has been increasingly growing. This paper proposes a zero-cost indoor positioning scheme, which combines virtual beacon technology and utilizes Wi-Fi signal clustering collected during the delivery process to construct a merchant fingerprint model, thereby achieving store-level accurate positioning. The proposed scheme does not require expensive hardware deployment or extensive manual labeling, effectively reducing positioning costs and improving the accuracy of store arrival monitoring during the delivery process. Currently, the system proposed in this paper has been deployed online, covering more than 200 million merchants in over 300 cities nationwide, and provides indoor positioning related data for nearly 20 million orders daily.
