摘要： 2024年是实现“十四五”规划目标任务的关键一年,为适应现代医院管理制度的要求,推进高质量精细化管理,提高财务、审计、纪检、内部控制等方面的工作效率,公立医院须要依据会计档案管理的现行政策,借助信息化管理技术优化会计档案管理,尝试建立电子会计档案的智能化应用系统,节约纸质档案打印、传递、整理和存储的成本,从源头优化会计档案管理相关工作,为电子会计档案管理在无纸化、智能化和价值化方向发展提供支撑。

Abstract: 2024 is a crucial year for achieving the goals and tasks of the 14th Five-Year Plan. In order to meet the requirements of the modern hospital management system, promote high-quality and refined management, and improve the work efficiency of finance, auditing, discipline inspection, internal control, etc., public hospitals need to optimize the management of accounting files with the help of information management technology according to the current policy of accounting file management, try to establish an intelligent application system for electronic accounting files, save the cost of printing, transmitting, sorting and storing paper files, and optimize the related work of accounting file management from the source, so as to provide electronic accounting file management in paperless, and provide support for the development of intelligence and value.
