Research on Scientific and Technological Innovation Ability Evaluation of Transportation Industry in Jiangsu Province

摘要: 文章从江苏省交通运输业的特性出发,在国内外专家对科技创新理论研究的基础上,构建江苏省交通运输业科技创新能力评价框架.文章将反映交通运输业科技创新能力的因素确定为科技创新基础、科技创新环境、科技创新投入和科技创新产出4个方面之后,按照科学性、可操作性、代表性和可比性等原则确定评价指标体系.采用层次分析法和专家打分法对评价指标体系进行求解,计算得出江苏省交通运输业科技创新能力水平,揭示其创新能力不足的原因,为今后提升江苏省交通运输业科技创新能力提供有针对性的建议.

Abstract: On the theoretical research basis of the domestic and foreign experts ,this paper constructs an evaluation framework of scientific and technological innovation ability in Jiangsu province from the features of transportation industry. This article chooses four aspects:science and technology innovation base ,science and technology innovation environment,innovation of science and technology input and technological innovation output as reflecting the transportation industry science and technology innovation ability and we determine the evaluation index system according to the scientific,operational,representative and comparability principles. Then the paper solves evaluation index system using the analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method and calculated science and technology innovation ability of transportation industry in Jiangsu province.The paper reveals the cause of inadequate innovation ability and provide targeted advice to improve transportation science and technology innovation capability in Jiangsu province in the future.
