摘要:

为了给锡盟调相机的闭式循环系统提供除盐水研制了化学除盐系统,文章分析了化学除盐系统的工作原理,介绍了除盐系统的构成,主要包括预处理系统、反渗透系统和EDI除盐系统;详细介绍了袋式过滤器、微氧化还原过滤器、反渗透组件、UV杀菌器等主要零部件的功能;最后通过化学除盐系统在实际工程中安全稳定地运行,证明了上述化学除盐系统的产水能够满足调相机闭环循环系统补充水的水质要求。

Abstract:

A chemical desalination system is developed in order to supply the closed circulation system with desalination water to the closed circulation system of the XiMeng adjustment camera. This paper analyses the working principle of the chemical desalination system and introduces the composition of the desalination system, mainly including the pretreatment system, the reverse osmosis system and the EDI desalination system. The functions of bag filter, micro redox filter, reverse osmosis module and UV sterilizer are introduced in detail.Finally, through the safe and stable operation of the chemical desalination system in the actual project, it is proved that the water production of the above chemical desalination system can meet the water quality requirements of the closed loop circulation system of the adjustable camera.
